Do I need an account?
Yes. Public guides and examples are readable without an account. Sign in or create an account to use the resume tools.
How does resume tailoring work?
Start with your resume and a target job description. Review the proposed wording and alignment guidance before using or exporting your tailored version. The tool should help communicate your experience, not invent it.
What does a resume match score mean?
A match score is a product signal about alignment and structure. It is not an employer decision, a hiring probability or a guarantee of an interview. See our match-score guide for the methodology and limitations.
Which file types can I use?
The upload step shows its supported input types. You can also use the available text-entry options. Exports support PDF and Word; Modern and Classic are resume designs, not file formats.
What is the difference between resume actions and AI assists?
Tailoring and other resume tasks have their own plan limits. AI assists cover eligible writing actions. Your account shows the remaining allowance for each category and the current monthly usage cycle.
Can I create a cover letter?
The signed-in Resume workspace includes cover-letter generation based on an owned tailored resume. Review and edit the result before exporting it; cover letters have their own allowance.
How do I manage billing or cancellation?
Open the Subscription tab in your account to view your current plan, usage and available billing-management actions. Read the terms presented before purchase. Contact support for billing or refund questions; no refund guarantee is stated here.
How is my information used?
Resume Space AI processes the content you provide to deliver the features you request. Read the privacy policy for the published data-handling information. Contact support for account or privacy requests.
