By accessing or using Resume Space, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to public pages, account features, paid plans, resume uploads, generated outputs, and any related website or application functionality we provide.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or using an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may not use Resume Space in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another party's rights, or interferes with the operation or security of the service.
You retain responsibility for the resumes, job descriptions, and other materials you upload, paste, save, or generate through Resume Space. You must have the rights needed to use that content.
You authorize us to host, process, transmit, and transform your content as needed to operate the product features you request, such as comparison, tailoring, export, storage, and account support.
You may not misuse Resume Space, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits it, introduce harmful code, or use the product to violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. Prices, billing terms, and included usage may change over time, but changes will apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.
Payment processing and subscription management may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Your use of those billing tools may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, unpaid amounts, and keeping your payment method current if you use paid features.
Resume Space, including the website, software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Resume Space is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any hiring, legal, or regulatory purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing resumes, suggestions, exports, and other outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Space and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event at issue.
We may suspend or terminate access to Resume Space if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the product unlawfully.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
